Mercedes-Benz USA Notes 1.8 Percent Increase In August Sales

Mercedes-Benz USA reported yesterday its highest ever August sales on record with 20,980 new units sold - an increase of 1.8 percent over August of 2006. With this figure, the U.S. luxury division of DaimlerChrysler has achieved year-to-date sales of 157,806, a slight increase over last year’s eight-month ytd mark of 157,128 units.
